Domaine Luccia

- Outdoors -

Grapevines streching as far as the eye can see, and in the distance the Mont Ventoux, a clear sky, the estate is in the middle of a landscape painted by Paul Cézanne and so well described by Peter Mayle. Its location is also ideal to see and appreciate the villages of Bonnieux, Goult and Lacoste, as well as the castle of the Marquis de Sade, restored by Pierre Cardin, which hosts every year a festival of classical music.

The park itself provides a truly appeasing and resourceful escape amidst immense multi-secular sycamore trees. Let yourself be soothed by the song of cicadas on the edge of a fountain, sheltered from a tree or a pergola, take the time to contemplate the colors and breathe the sweet scent arising from the rose garden, soak up the sun along the pool…
Domaine Luccia offers you moments of serenity and encourages a journey to rouse your senses and rejuvenate your spirit.

Well-being areas

You will enjoy, scattered here and there in the estate, areas of tranquility and serenity.
Summer lounges, patios, fountains, ponds ... enough to take a break out of time and discover or rediscover a deep sensation of fullness.

Leisure areas

To make the most of your holidays, Domaine Luccia has a very long swimming pool with a pool house offering an amazing view of the valley.

A tennis court, a pétanque court, a babyfoot, table tennis and a hammam will enhance the offer for leisure and relaxation.

The Vineyard

We grow five grape varieties on the estate

The Viognier is the main one. It allows to elaborate a fragrant white wine with a great sweetness. This grape has acquired its acclaim in Condrieu.
Syrah, the second grape variety dominating the estate, makes it possible to develop a dark, peppery, structured wine with violet's aromas.

Marselan is a grape from a cross between Cabernet and Grenache Noir that produces a well-concentrated red wine with spices and fruit's aromas.
Cabernet is used to make red and rosé wines with fresh and fruity aromas.
Grenache is the variety grown at the southern end of the estate, which is also the highest part. It is the dominant grape in Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
Our grapes are vinified by La Cave de Bonnieux and go into production of white, red and rosé wines.

La Cave de Bonnieux will be happy to make you taste its various wines for which it regularly gets awards at the various competitions in which it participates.

A bit of history

Le Domaine Luccia takes its name from the Roman presence still marked by the Pont Julien, built in the year 3 BC on the Via Domitia that linked Turin to Narbonne. In the Mathilde suite we discover the portrait of one of the owners of the estate who participated in its expansion.
